The 10 Best Day Spas in Portland (2026)
This list ranks Portland day spas using Google review data and a Bayesian-style weighting that favors both high ratings and meaningful review volume. Updated for 2026, the ranking reflects what locals and visitors actually say rather than editorial hearsay. Portland’s wellness scene spans saunas, facial specialists, cooperative studios and full-service day spas across NE, NW, SE and SW neighborhoods, so we kept the method consistent to let community feedback determine the order. Use this guide as a starting point for comparison and follow up with direct calls or websites for services, availability and current policies.
This ranking is computed from Google reviews (our method). Listings marked Partner are paid advertising spots: they sit alongside the ranking without changing its order.

Frequently asked questions
How should I choose a day spa in Portland?
Start by deciding what type of service you want—massage, facial, sauna or holistic treatments—then look at recent Google reviews for both rating and volume. Check the spa’s Google category, location, availability and any stated policies so you can match services and logistics to your needs.
What should I check before booking an appointment?
Confirm the specific services offered, appointment length, cancellation policy and whether the practitioner is licensed for regulated treatments. Also verify hours, parking or transit access, and any COVID-19 or health-related requirements the business posts.
How much do day spa services typically cost?
Prices vary by service, duration and location; simpler treatments like basic facials or short massages tend to cost less than long or specialized sessions. Check the spa’s website or call for current pricing and any package deals or membership options.
