The 10 Best Coworking Spaces in Portland (2026)
Portland’s work scene keeps changing, and flexible coworking spaces are a common option for freelancers, startups, and hybrid teams. This ranking is built from Google review data and updated for 2026. We use a Bayesian-weighted score that balances average rating with number of reviews so high scores supported by more feedback rise above small samples. The result highlights dependable, well-reviewed options across Portland’s neighborhoods and makes it easier to compare ratings and review volume at a glance. We focused solely on Google-listed businesses to keep the methodology transparent and replicable.
This ranking is computed from Google reviews (our method). Listings marked Partner are paid advertising spots: they sit alongside the ranking without changing its order.

Frequently asked questions
How should I choose a coworking space in Portland?
Start by prioritizing location, commute time, and the daily rhythm you need. Compare amenities, access hours, meeting-room availability, and the size or vibe of the community, and read recent reviews before visiting for a day pass or tour.
What does coworking typically cost?
Costs vary widely by neighborhood, amenities, and membership type—many places offer day passes, shared-desk memberships, and private offices. Ask about billing cycles, what services are included, and whether there are discounts for longer commitments.
What should I check before signing a membership or lease?
Look closely at contract length, cancellation and refund policies, security and access hours, guest rules, parking or transit options, and what amenities (Wi‑Fi, printing, meeting rooms) are included. Inspect the space in person to confirm it meets your comfort and operational needs.
